Once you have the window(s) displayed on your monitor screen press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard.
Now open MS Paint by clicking "Start" "Applications" "Accessories" "Paint".
At the top of the screen click "Edit" "Paste".
Now click "File" "Save As" "thedate_name".
